Transportation is often a barrier to accessing services in our community. This is true, even more so, during these COVID-19 days. Some of our community partners have had to suspend their transportation services and Community Reach is filling the gap. Their dedicated drivers and staff are assisting those without transportation to get to their necessary medical appointments (cancer, dialysis) as well as deliver groceries.
Our donation will help them keep their vehicles on the road and continue to provide much needed transportation services.
Our $10,300 donation was presented to Community Reach staff in May 2020.
